Back to Basics with Blue Water Lift Systems

For over ten years we have been researching every detail of the aluminum boat lifts on the market. The result of our efforts are evident in a basic boat lift design that offers the longest warranty on the market to date.

We believe our design, using traditional methods, results in the simplest, strongest, safest aluminum boat lift available.

Here Are Some of the Features:

•	We use the Ace401™ belt driven worm gear drive system. The original drive developed for the purpose of lifting boats. Ace has proven itself the leader for over 25 years. Latest improvements in the 401 drive have made it nearly noise free. If the belt breaks the drive will not back wind or fail. Belts are inexpensive and easily replaced. Motor failure on the 401 drive is very rare. If ever necessary, motors and drive belts can be changed without removing the boat from the lift.
•	All moving parts are visible and easy for inspection and maintenance.
•	Heavy duty aluminum sheave bearings machined to precision will last the lifetime of the lift.
•	Cable winding pipes are installed inside the I-beam construction, giving the lift a very clean appearance.
•	304 stainless steel hardware and lifting cables are used on all models.
•	Precision grooved aluminum cable winding sleeves are standard equipment on all models and extend the life of the cables.
•	We use 6061 T-6 Aluminum I-beam in our design, however in most weight capacities we have increased I-beam sizes to minimize deflection.
